A story about two girls switched at birth. One was raised in a wealthy home and the other was raised in poverty. Eun Soo (Song Hye Gyo) lived a plentiful life until one day she had an accident when she was 14 years old and was hospitalized. This is when her life changed forever and she learned the truth that the family she had always known was not hers. Saddened by the truth, the reality was that each girl be returned to her rightful birth parent. Eun Soo dearly misses the family that had raised her. She has to depart the mom, dad, and brother whom had loved her very much. Years later she meets the brother that she grew up with. They make a conscious decision that since they are not related by blood, they can date each other. Are they mistaking their longing for one another as passionate love or sibling love? Will their family accept their blossoming relationship?

this was my first drama.. totally love it!!! i first watched it like 5 years ago.. but at the time i didnt know it was a korean drama.. it was actually dubbed with chinese and was also cut down into a movie.. so for the longest of all time i believed that it was a chinese movie... also with the fact that song seung hun appeared in a few chinese movies so i really believed it was a chinese movie.. but i was wrong. just last year i found out that autumn in my heart was a korean drama and that it was a 16 ep drama.. i was so shocked but i watched it over and over so many times.. the acting is great and the music is amazing.. this is definitely one of my all time favorite dramas.. krystalheart.. could you happen to make a link to download the soundtrack?? and also if its not too much to ask for. could you make the list of the song names for me.. please and thank you... ^_^
