Jungsuh hands KSW his handkerchief
and KSW hands jungsuh his umbrella… they smile at each
other for some time and then they take each others item…
“Go safely…” ß KSW
“Yeah… Oppa you too!!” ß jungsuh
“Friends… we’re friends… at least let’s
be friends…” KSW thinks in his head as he walks past
jungsuh
+taehwa’s house+
Jungsuh walks up to the apartment and tries to open the door…
there is a padlock on the door and jungsuh sits down and waits
for someone to come… taehwa is across the road walking
up the stairs when he spots junsuh waiting infront of his house…
he doesn’t want jungsuh to see him so he just sits down
on the stairs looking at her from a distance with tears in his
eyes…
+Yuri’s house+
“Please have some fruits.” ß Yuri’s mom
to KSW.
“Ooh I’ve eaten way too much tonight im very full…
(He looks up at the direction where the stairs are…). Jung…
Jungsuh is late today??” ß KSW
“ooh.. Its late…. you should be getting home as well”
ß Yuri’s mom to KSW
“No, I’m fine.. err… do you have alcohol?? ………
could I have some please?” ß KSW
+outside+
jungsuh comes home from waiting for taehwa, and she spots that
KSW’s car is parked infront of their house… she looks
at his car and then turns around and walks from the direction
she came from…
+inside+
KSW and yuri’s mom keep drinking…
“I understand jungsuh…… she feels bad that her
younger sister is getting married before her… we need to
find jungsuh a partner…. What about that man she lived
with for 5 years?? Maybe we should get into contact with him
and ask him??” ß yuri mom
“Oppa… you’ve had one to many drinks…”
ß yuri
“No, I’m fine!!!!!” ß KSW
“Are you taking care of your fiancé more than your
own mother?? I’m getting jealous.” ß Yuri’s
mom
“Mommmm…” ß yuri
Jang Ee San Nim is driving to
pick up KSW, on his way to yuri’s house she sees jungsuh
sitting down at the park bench by herself.. after picking up
KSW Jang Ee San Nim stops at the park and points to where jungsuh
is sitting to KSW…
KSW gets out of the car…
“Oi!!! HAN JUNGSUH!!!…………….. what
are you doing there!!!??…………why are you
so late!!!!!????” ß KSW
“I said I had to meet someone…” ßjungsuh
“Hey… this gloves are really warm!!! (showing the
gloves that jungsuh bought him as an engagement present) its
like……. Its like holding your hands!!!……….
can you stay with me?? ӧ KSW
“I’m going to go in now.”
“Just stay!!! I’m a bit drunk right now!! Just stay!!!
Can’t you even do that as a friend!!!???………………..
I’ll sing you a song!!!” ß KSW
“Oppa………”
? KSW starts singing a children’s song…. ?
“I’m going to go now.” ß Jungsuh
“Don’t…I’ll… sing you another song….”
“Bye…” ß Jungsuh
Jungsuh gets up and KSW tries to hold her back, but he falls
down…
“OPPA!!!”
“Is this what you wanted??” ß KSW
“Oppa…”
“We can’t be friends” ß KSW
and KSW falls over again…
“OPPA!!!!!” jungsuh tries to help him up..
hugging each other jungsuh starts crying..
“Oppa. Can you get up? Oppa!!! Get up…” ß
jungsuh
and from the car Jang Ee San Nim looks at them…
+next day+
Jungsuh stands infront of the elevator waiting for the door
to open..
Ding—the door opens and KSW is on the phone..
“Can you hold on for a sec??… Aren’t you getting
on?” ß KSW
Jungsuh gets in and the doors close… —Ding
while in the elevator jungsuh looks at KSW who is still talking
on the phone.. and when the door opens KSW walks out..
“Work well….” And heads off to his office…
+Office+
KSW and Yuri are in a meeting with foreign people talking bout
products and sales… jungsuh walks past the window and looks
at KSW. KSW catches Jungsuh’s eyes and excuses himself
and walks out. Jungsuh turns back and sees that KSW isn’t
seating down in his seat no more. Suddenly from behind KSW appears
in front of Jungsuh… Jungsuh doesn’t say anything
and walks away… KSW goes back into the meeting and looks
away..
+squash court+
KSW and Jang Ee San Nim are playing squash.. and KSW falls down
to the floor… Huff puff Jang Ee San Nim asks KSW if he
is ok.
“It hurts… I’m like this because it hurts..”
ß KSW
“Its ok. As I see it you two are good friends.. always
have been ever since you were young..”
“Things have changed since we were young.
Too many things have changed..ӧ KSW
“I see no difference.. Just that you two have grown up.”
“Can you find out about Han ChulSu for me please?”
ß KSW
+Car park+
Yuri’s mom sees Taehwa and sends her workers away…
“What are you doing here??” ß yuris mom
“I am thinking of visiting your house some time… when
are you free??” ß Taehwa
“Ha… come!! Come anytime… its more than a pleasure..”
“I’m going to reveal everything. The truth!!!”
ß Taehwa
“You think everyone will believe you? You’re the one
who hid jungsuh for 5 years!!! No one will believe that nothing
happened between the two of you..”
“Nothing did happen.” Taehwa replies in an angry voice.
He reassures his mom that the truth will be revealed some time
soon and walks off.
Yuri’s mom gets into the car and takes out her phone.
“Yes, hello?? I SAID I ONLY WANT HAN CHULSU’S PAINTINGS!!!!!!”
+Taehwa’s house+
Taehwa is at home and gets kidnapped by the bad guys.
As the car drives off, Jungsuh walks down the stairs and heads
to the front door.
+Office+
“Sir… I found out about Han ChulSu. He’s not
in a very good situation at the moment” ß Jang Ee
San Nim
+Warehouse+
Taehwa is being held by the bad guys and is badly beaten up
and bruised. They threaten him and tell him to paint to re-pay
his debts. Suddenly the police come in and take away all the
bad guys.
“Jang Ee San Nim, could you take care of Han ChulSu please?”ß
KSW
“Yes sir, I shall do that. I’ll make sure no one knows
where he is.”
+Office+
Jungsuh walks in and Jang Ee San Nim is standing there.
“KSW is waiting for you.”
Jungsuh walks to the park where the merry-go-round is.
She takes a deep breath and happily sits up on the fence.
“Oppa!!” (smiles)
“You know, I get afraid and scared when I see you infront
of this painting….” ß KSW
“Hmm?? Why??”
“Because I don’t know if you’re thinking about
me or…. Han ChulSu. To make it easier for me to know, could
you… put one leg up when you think about me??” ß
KSW
“Huh? like……………. This??”
jungsuh stands on one leg and hops around…
“Ha ha, how about this??” and KSW puts his hands in
the air as well..
“Oppa! That’s too hard…”
“Then… don’t think about me from now on then…forget
about me.” as these words come out of KSW’s mouth,
Jungsuh’s eyes fill up with tears…
“Oppa…”
“I thought if I found you everything would be ok. Be back
to normal, but it isn’t.
Its too hard………………………….tomorrow…
go on a little rest. ” ß KSW
“No its ok Oppa!!”
“No. I have a house up in the woods. Go and have a rest.
I’ll have a car pick you up in the morning.” and KSW
hands over keys and a letter.
“Is this why you called me?? So you could give me this?”
“I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing or
not.” ß KSW
“Huh??”
“If you go, I’m scared that you won’t come back……………
I’ll go now.” ß KSW
+Nextday+
Jungsuh is in the car being driven up to the woods…
+office+
KSW checks if jungsuh has gone or not. His gaze is upon jungsuh’s
desk and yuri is at the door smiling. When she notices that
KSW is staring at the empty desk she opens the door.
“Oppa!!! The office is so empty without jungsuh unnie.
Also the work isn’t getting done so well as well..”
“Keep your dinner plans free tonight” ßKSW
“Huh? Why?”
“I have a party with my friends, but it’s a couple
party.ӧ KSW
“Eung, ok Oppa!!!!!”
+Woods+
Jungsuh gets off and thanks the driver.
She smells the fresh air and walks to the front door. She sees
a drawing of a person. Then Taehwa walks up to the house with
firewood. He sees her and turns around. But Jungsuh sees Taehwa
and runs after him.
“OPPA!!”
“GO!!” ß Taehwa
“Oppa. Let go? No one is going to let go.
And if someone does let go, that person will be me!!!”
“How did you come here??” ß Taehwa
“KSW sent me.”
“Why!!! Why did he do that?” ß Taehwa
“Oppa... we are just friends.”
“Then what about us? We are siblings!!!!!!!!!!!!”
ß taehwa
“Oppa… I don’t want to lose anything anymore
now. Don’t tell me to leave.
You know more than I do that I have nowhere to go…”
They hug and start crying…
“HAN JUNGSUH!!!!” ß
Taehwa
“HAN TAEHWA!!!!……………………………….
HAN CHUL SU!!!!!!!!” ß Jungsuh
“KIM JISU!!!!!!!!!!!” ß Taehwa
They hold hands and run up into
the woods where they make a snowman.
“Oppa, lets go to the hospital tomorrow. Here…”
Jungsuh says and hands over the necklace with the ring around
it
“…….. I want to stay your sister, Oppa”
and Jungsuh hands Taehwa the letter that KSW gave her last night.
Jungsuh plays around with the snowman while Taehwa goes away
to read the letter…
“I’m sorry but I don’t think I will be able to
keep the promise I made with you. I have ended up being friends
with Jungsuh. (And the scene changes to KSW and Yuri at the
dinner party) I thought I could make her happy, but I couldn’t.
That is why I am sending jungsuh back to you. Please take care
of my forever best friend!”
KSW and Yuri are in the elevator
and don’t say anything.
Taehwa is drawing Jungsuh sleeping…
KSW drops yuri off at home and listens to the tape.
KSW drives off.
“………..Oppa.”
“yeah… I’m here.”ß Taehwa
“Songjoo Oppa…”
Jungsuh keeps calling out KSW’s name.
KSW drives up to the house and parks his car, he gets out of
the car and looks at the house. He sees Taehwa.
Taehwa suddenly runs out the door and KSW runs up to the house
to see Jungsuh.
Taehwa runs up to the pharmacy,
but it is closed.
KSW looks at jungsuh; he hears Taehwa’s footsteps and goes
behind the house.
“Jungsuh ya… can you hear me?? Wake up!! Jungsuh ya!
Jungsuh ya!!!” ß Taehwa
Taehwa ends up ringing KSW.
“Hello? This is Cha Songjoo.”
“This is Han Chulsu… come here and pick up Jungsuh!!!”
“There is nothing I have to talk about with you.”
“JUNGSUH IS SICK!!! AND ALL SHE IS LOOKING FOR IS YOU!!!
I’m leaving!!!
Do you hear me? I’m going to leave, so it’s up to
you if you’re going to come or not.” Taehwa hangs
up the phone with KSW.
“Jungsuh ya. Oppa is going to go now, don’t be sick.
You can’t be sick!”
Taehwa leaves…
KSW goes in and touches jungsuh’s face.
“Jungsuh ya… Han jungsuh…. I’m sorry…
I’m sorry Jungsuh…”
“Oppa??” ß Jungsuh
“Oppa is never going to let you go again. I’m never
going to send you away again… Never… never…”
Jungsuh is sick so KSW takes her to the local medical center.
The doctor gives jungsuh a shot to calm her down and for her
fever to drop. KSW rings Jang Ee San Nim to send an ambulance
car tomorrow early in the morning.
“Just wake up! There is no such thing as friendship between
us…. No such thing…. No such thing… just wake
up!!!! Wake up!!!!” ß KSW
+Next day+
Taehwa is at the train station..
Jungsuh wakes up from the ringtone
of KSW’s phone.
She gets up, but KSW is holding her hand.
“Songjoo Oppa… you’re in pain as well aren’t
you? You’re tired and hurt too?? But if you keep doing
this, its even harder for me to forget you.” and Jungsuh
gets up.
“Oppa……… I love you………..”
and leaves for the train station..
+train station+
Jungsuh gets on the train and sits down. She sits down right
behind Taehwa.
KSW wakes up and drives as fast as he can to the train station.
He runs after the train looking for Jungsuh.
When he spots her he starts screaming out her name pounding
the window…
“JUNGSUH YA!!! JUNGSUH YA!!!! JUNGSUH YA!!! HAN JUNGSUH!!!”
The train leaves, KSW gets into his car and drives.
Jungsuh is crying and Taehwa looks at Jungsuh from behind.
Jungsuh falls asleep with her head against the window.
Taehwa changes seats and leans her head against his.
“Taehwa Oppa? Did you send for Songjoo Oppa??”
“No.” ß Taehwa
“Don’t leave me…I have no where to go…you
know that right??” ß jungsuh
KSW is driving alongside the
train. He keeps calling out jungsuh’s name.
+Train station+
KSW gets out of his car and runs to the train terminal.
Jungsuh wakes up when a worker tells her that they have arrived.
She notices that Taehwa is not there and gets off the train.
Jungsuh looks around for Taehwa.
KSW looks around for Jungsuh.
“Songjoo Oppa!!!” ß
Jungsuh
They spot each other and stop in their tracks.
They run up to each other and hugged. They start crying…
Taehwa sees them.
“From now on, I’m not going to let go. Not going to.”
ß KSW
“Oppa…
“I love you!!!!” ß KSW
“i'm….
“I love you Jungsuh ya…” ß KSW
He then leads her away in his arms.
“Jungsuh ya, be happy!!!”
ß Taehwa
